1. Open Netscape |
2. Click on the lock icon on the bottom left of the window. |

3. The next window will appear |

4. Click on Navigator under Security Info and the next window will appear. |

5. Click on the Configure SSL v3 button and the following window will appear. |
|
6. Uncheck anything with 56-bit in it. If you have the 40-bit export grade version of Netscape, only check 40-bit RC4.

7. Click on OK on all windows to get back to the main Netscape window. |
8. Close Netscape |
9. Restart Netscape and you should be able to get into the secure area. |
